Portland, OR | Part 5

Somehow we managed to come across the most amazing neighborhood while we were in Portland - houses painted in bright, cheery colors and gardens overflowing with flowers. We *think* the neighborhood is around the border between the Northeast and Southeast neighborhoods. Locals, does that sound right?
