Indiana Windmills
The route from Indiana to Chicago is basically farms, farms, and more farms (and only a single radio station came in the entire way!). Although the smell of grass is amazing and the farmland is beautiful, it's easy to get a bit jaded by the same landscape for miles.
It was a fun change of scenery when we got to the wind farms and could see nothing but windmills in the distance; the number of windmills was almost unbelievable. Such a beautiful sight to see, if you ever find yourself driving from Indiana to Chicago.
Oh, and we had our first change in time zones during this drive - we were so excited... realization that we had come quite a ways!

ReplyDeletethanks! We're trying to cover it in stickers of all the places we go, as well!
